1. Advance booking
Group bookings must be made in advance, at least three days before arrival. When paying by bank transfer, the invoice is issued within 3 business days.2. Booking confirmation
To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable prepayment in the amount of the cost of the first night's stay is required.3. Cancellation Conditions
If the reservation is cancelled, the prepayment will not be refunded. The postponement of dates is discussed individually and is subject to management review.4. Additional services
We offer various additional services, including meals, as well as the possibility of early check-in and late check-out.5. Discounts
We are pleased to offer discounts of up to 40% for group bookings. The terms and amounts of discounts are discussed individually upon request.
